According to ixbt.com, the new feature allows users to create publications in photo and video formats. It also provides editing options such as enriching them with text and cropping before posting.

At the initial stage, the ability to publish stories appeared in the Max app designed for Android. To do this, it is required to update the software to the latest version via RuStore.

Story management and privacy

According to the developers, the content creator independently determines who can view these posts and their expiration period. This gives users full control over their personal privacy.

At the same time, viewers can leave reactions to published stories and send replies to the author. After publication, detailed statistics are available to the author, including the number of views, reactions, and the remaining time until the post automatically disappears.

Testing process and prospects

As a reminder, the testing process for this new tool began in early July of this year. More than a hundred creators, including bloggers, journalists, musicians, athletes, and other prominent figures, actively participated in it.

According to experts, the addition of such interactive features serves to increase the messenger's daily engagement and further expand the audience. Currently, work continues to further improve the platform's capabilities.
