14-year-old Palestinian shot in West Coast camp

It was reported that 14-year-old Palestinian Jad Jadallah was shot dead in the West Bank refugee camp of al-Fara by Israeli Defense Forces forces in November 2025.
According to witnesses and confirmed videos, the boy lost blood for at least 45 minutes after falling to the ground, during which time he was surrounded by 14 soldiers. Two ambulances that arrived at the scene were not allowed to approach. The BBC reported this.
The military stated that Jad "threw stones" and emphasized that the use of deadly force complied with the rules. However, the video shows one of the soldiers throwing something next to the child and photographing it. According to Jad's mother Safa and human rights defenders, this could be an attempt to blame the child.
The surveillance camera footage shows the soldier shooting at the boy from approximately three meters away, being shot again as he fled along the wall, and after walking several meters, falling asking for help.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, paramedics who arrived eight minutes after the call were stopped with weapons and were not allowed to approach the child for 35 minutes. The military stated that they first needed to make sure there was no explosive device.
Jade's body has not yet been returned to his family. It is reported that the Israeli side has been preserving the bodies of more than 700 Palestinians. The family says that this situation is causing more pain and unanswered questions.
