Kim Jong Un controlled long-range artillery exercises

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, along with his daughter Kim Zhu E, observed the training exercises of the country's long-range artillery units.

According to the Korean Central News Agency, 12 high-precision 600-millimeter multiple launch rocket systems and two artillery companies participated in the exercises. They fired at a target on an island located approximately 364 km away in the Sea of Japan.

According to Kim Jong Un, such exercises should demonstrate the destructive power of North Korean tactical nuclear weapons to the enemy. These exercises were held to enhance the country's defense capabilities and send a signal to the international community.
