Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the country's readiness to host the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
He spoke about this in his congratulatory message on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the Russian Olympic Committee, emphasizing that the country is ready to host the Olympic Games in the future.
Putin also recalled that Russia is one of the founders of the International Olympic Committee and noted the high level of organization of the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow and the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi.
He also noted that the Russian Olympic Committee pays great attention to the development of sports, the training of athletes, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, and the strengthening of international humanitarian ties.
