Iran sets five strict demands for the US to resume negotiations

Diplomatic relations between the White House and Iran have entered a new, much more tense phase. Fars news agency, citing reliable sources, reports that official Tehran has imposed five key tasks on Washington aimed at "restoring trust" to move to the next round of negotiations.
This set of demands was sent in response to a 14-point peace plan put forward by the US, which the Iranian side assessed as "one-sided" and contrary to the country's national interests.
What are Iran's "conditions of trust"?
Tehran has firmly stated that it will not return to the negotiating table unless the following demands are met unconditionally:
Cease military operations: Extinguishing the flames of war on all fronts, particularly in Lebanon.
Lifting economic restrictions: Removing all sanctions imposed on Iran.
Repatriation of funds: Lifting the ban on Iranian assets frozen in foreign banks.
Compensation for damages: Paying reparations for all material damage caused by armed conflicts and war.
Geopolitical recognition: Recognizing Iran's full sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
Blockade and wall of distrust
The Iranian side conveyed its dissatisfaction to the White House through Pakistani mediators. It is reported that the ongoing naval blockade is causing great doubt and distrust in Tehran regarding Washington's commitment to peace.
Situation escalating: Nuclear threat and military plans
Although a fragile truce has been in effect between the parties since April of this year, the situation could spiral out of control at any moment. On May 10 of this year, US President Donald Trump called Iran's peace plan a "completely unacceptable" document.
Furthermore, Axios reports that Trump may consider options for resuming military operations with his advisors. In response, Tehran does not rule out raising the uranium enrichment level to a record 90 percent if new attacks occur.
Do you think this "battle of conditions" between the US and Iran will lead to a new war?
