
In May 2025, the price of a used Chevrolet Cobalt decreased by $144 and dropped to $12,500 (approximately 157 million UZS) for a low-mileage vehicle, Kursiv Media reported.
Many other domestic models also saw a price decline. Damas showed the steepest drop — $200. High and mid-mileage Damas microvans were sold for $7,000 (88 million UZS) and $7,600 (95 million UZS), respectively. A well-maintained Damas dropped only $50 in price and sold for $8,000 (100 million UZS).
The average-mileage Chevrolet Onix fell to $13,500 (170 million UZS). Lacetti — $14,000 (176 million UZS), and Nexia — $10,900 (137 million UZS).
Most higher-end domestic models also saw negative trends. The only exception was Equinox, which rose in price by $1,200 to reach $34,700 (437 million UZS) for a low-mileage version.
Among foreign cars, Kia Carnival, Seltos, and K5 with medium and high mileage saw significant price drops. Meanwhile, Elantra and Sorento in good condition rose to $24,200 (305 million UZS) and $44,500 (560 million UZS), respectively.
Both new and used electric vehicles gained in value. The mid-mileage BYD Han increased by $2,000, selling for $34,000 (428 million UZS) in May. The used BYD Yuan Up was priced at $20,200 (254 million UZS), and the Song Plus EV Champion rose to $28,900 (364 million UZS). Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
