Kendall Jenner bought a mansion worth $23 million

Supermodel Kendall Jenner purchased a luxurious mansion for $23 million, covering more than six hectares of land. According to Peopletalk, the new residence is located in one of California’s most exclusive and prestigious areas — near Santa Barbara, where Kendall will literally become Oprah Winfrey’s neighbor.

The estate consists of several buildings, with the main house exceeding 1,400 square meters in size. Its architecture is designed in a classic Spanish style, and the property’s history dates back to the 19th century. Even carefully restored historic structures have been preserved here.

The grounds feature olive groves, manicured rose gardens, spacious lawns, and a swimming pool. However, the estate’s main pride is its large stables and a professional equestrian complex with an open arena. Kendall has been passionate about horseback riding since childhood and often shares photos with horses on social media.

From the terraces, the mansion offers views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains. For additional security, the property is surrounded by a stone wall, which also separates it from Oprah’s estate. Thus, the residence ensures maximum privacy — although it only takes a few minutes to reach Montecito’s center, the house is completely hidden from prying eyes.

Interestingly, this historic estate has had other famous owners in the past — among them Ellen DeGeneres, Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, and Tinder founder Sean Rad. Now Kendall Jenner has become the new owner of this unique property.
