Jony earns millions of dollars thanks to artificial intelligence

Famous Azerbaijani singer Jony has once again become record-breakingly popular on social media unexpectedly. This time, his fame was driven by AI-generated cartoons based on his 2020 hit song "Kamin".
In recent weeks, humorous videos featuring the phrase "I am a strawberry, you are a strawberry too, why was a banana born from us?" have spread rapidly on TikTok and YouTube. Interestingly, these viral clips use Jony's song "Kamin" as background music.
Mini-cartoons created with the help of artificial intelligence featuring banana and strawberry characters have become a unique trend among internet users. As a result, the old track has gained a new life, attracting a massive audience in a short time.

According to reports, the song "Kamin" was streamed 879 million times on YouTube Music in one month. This allowed Jony to outperform even global stars like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, and Drake.
According to TikTok user estimates, the singer may have earned approximately 3 million dollars from these streams. At the current exchange rate, this amount is equivalent to nearly 38–39 billion soums.
With such a sum in Uzbekistan, one could buy several premium-class apartments, dozens of new cars, large mansions, or ready-made business projects. By some estimates, even spending 10 million soums a month, this money would be enough for one person to live for nearly 300 years.

For reference, the singer's real name is Jakhid Afrail oglu Huseynli, born on February 29, 1996, in Baku. Later, he moved to Moscow with his family, where he began his creative career. He has achieved great popularity in Russia and CIS countries since 2019.
According to producers, Jony is currently one of the highest-paid artists in the Russian show business. The singer charges an average of 6 million rubles, or approximately 75,000–80,000 dollars, for a single concert program.
As a reminder, Jony presented a solo concert for his fans at the Humo Arena complex on April 17 of this year. However, the fee he received for his concert in Uzbekistan has not been disclosed.
