Shahzoda Muhammedova as Miranda Pristli in “The Devil Wears Prada” (video)

Designer, actress and presenter Shahzoda Muhammedova has portrayed one of the most famous fashion icons in her own unique way. She posted a video on her social media page in which she interprets the character of Miranda Pristli from Lauren Weisberger’s novel “The Devil Wears Prada” (“Iblis Prada kiyadi”) and its 2006 film adaptation.

Under the video, the designer wrote: “The image of the queen of fashion, the FASHION industry, as interpreted by designer Shahzoda Muhammedova!”

Viewers who watched the video paid particular attention to Shahzoda’s transformation into the character. Comments noted that she resembled Miranda Pristli not only in appearance, but also in her facial expressions and mannerisms.

Some users wrote that watching the video made them feel as though they were watching the film "The Devil Wears Prada” all over again. In the original film, the character of Miranda Pristli gained fame through Meril Strip’s performance and was remembered as a powerful, demanding leader in the fashion world.
