Registered nutritionist and dietitian Nicolette Pace spoke about foods that help reduce the most common signs of stress — wrinkles, bloating, and “brain fog,” reports Peopletalk.
According to her, prolonged stress not only causes fatigue and sleep problems but also accelerates the aging process. This condition damages cells and slows down the body’s repair processes.
The expert recommends consuming protein sources such as beef, eggs, and chicken together with fruits rich in vitamin C. This combination supports collagen production, which strengthens the skin, bones, and tendons.
She also suggests foods that help reduce bloating: ginger (zingibain), papaya (papain), and pineapple (bromelain). These natural enzymes break down proteins, ease digestion, and improve the absorption of nutrients.
