An illegal case related to entrepreneurial activity has been identified in the Fergana region. According to the information, the local leader promised the entrepreneur land on the territory of the hospital for the construction of a pharmacy and demanded $50,000 from him.
During an operational event conducted jointly by the Baghdad District Department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and internal affairs bodies, this person's actions were exposed. Through citizen B.S., he gained the trust of the head of the private enterprise "B.F." S.N. and informed him that he could be allocated a land plot.
This person promised to allocate land for a pharmacy on the territory of the central hospital under construction in the Gulistan massif of the Baghdad district and said that the cadastral documents for the land were ready. Under this pretext, he demanded an additional $3,000 from the entrepreneur.
During the operation, he was caught red-handed while receiving $1,500. Law enforcement agencies put an end to his actions and fully documented the evidence.
According to official data, a criminal case has been initiated on this fact. The investigation is being conducted on the basis of Article 168 (fraud) and Articles 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code.
