A large-scale violation of the law by a person engaged in entrepreneurial activity was revealed in the Tashkent region. During an inspection conducted by the territorial department of Uzenergoinspektsiya, it was revealed that the textile production workshop in Yangiyul district was unauthorizedly connected to the power grid and illegally used energy.
According to the information, this production workshop belongs to a private entrepreneur **"X.M."**, who deliberately violated the established procedures in the power supply system. A large amount of damage was caused by the use of unaccounted-for energy.
According to preliminary estimates, as a result of the violation of the law, the electricity supply company suffered damage in the amount of 3 billion 78 million soums. This is a serious violation not only from an economic, but also from a legal point of view.
Currently, law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the incident. During the pre-investigation process, the illegal actions of the production workshop, how energy was used, and measures to compensate for the damage caused in the future are being studied.
