A new invention aimed at treating chronic alcoholism has been registered in Uzbekistan. This drug, known as "A Treatment for Chronic Alcoholism," is legally protected by patent IAP 8081. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

According to the data, alcoholism is a chronic disease that leads to a strong pathological craving for alcoholic beverages and mental and physical dependence. It manifests itself in society as a major social and medical problem. The new invention is considered an important step in the fight against this serious disease.

It is noted that the main purpose of the created product is the effective treatment of stages I and II of alcoholism and the prevention of recurrence of the disease. This is expected to have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients and help them return to society healthy.
