Andijan resident's house put up for auction due to loan debt

The debtor's house, which did not pay the loan on time, was put up for auction in accordance with the requirements of state legislation. This was reported by the press service of the Andijan Regional Department of the Executive Bureau.

According to the information, although the debtor was warned several times about the fulfillment of his obligations, he did not repay the debt within the established timeframe. Bureau employees officially warned the debtor and explained the need to repay the loan, but the warnings were also ineffective.

According to the decision of the Izboskan Inter-District Court for Civil Cases dated January 21, 2025, a total of 148.4 million soums in debt was ordered to be recovered from the individual entrepreneur M.A. in favor of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank." The court document states that if the debtor does not pay the debt within the established timeframe, recovery will be levied on the debtor's residence.

After that, the Bureau of Enforcement officers issued another official warning to the debtor. However, the defendant again refused to fulfill his obligations and did not make payments.

As a result, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, a residential building belonging to the debtor in the "Kul" mahalla of the Balikchi district of the Andijan region was seized. This house was put up for electronic trading through a state platform.

According to official data, the initial cost of this apartment was set at 175 million soums. Any citizen can participate in the online auction in the prescribed manner.
