A road dispute that occurred in the city of Tashkent led to serious consequences. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city.
As it turned out, the incident occurred on Mukimi Street in the Yakasaray district. The driver of a Gentra car, while traveling with his pregnant wife, had a dispute with the driver of a BYD about the road.
The injured driver said that while driving, he turned on the turn and wanted to change direction, but in the process, although he was following the BYD, he did not create any obstacles for him. However, the driver behind the wheel aggravated the situation by honking the horn and making useless noise.
After that, the driver of the "BYD" and the "Gentra" were stopped, the car windows were broken, and the driver was beaten. Despite the fact that the victim repeatedly mentioned that she had a pregnant spouse, the attacks did not stop.
As a result, the most serious case was recorded: a woman in a Gentra lost her pregnancy due to an unfortunate incident. This turned into a sad tragedy for the family.
According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs, the persons involved in the conflict deliberately violated traffic rules, blocked the road, and artificially created traffic jams. They not only cursed and insulted, but also severely damaged the car.
"I never knew there was a woman in the car. Due to some dispute, a situation arose. I deeply regret that I did such a thing. "I apologize to my family and society," - commented the BYD driver.
Currently, the Yakasaray District Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Article 277, Part 2, Clause "b" of the Criminal Code (hooliganism by a group of individuals), and the suspects have been detained.
During the investigation, it was established that the victim's pregnancy had been lost, and a forensic medical examination was ordered to study the exact causes. Based on the results of the examination, an additional legal assessment of the actions of the suspects will be given.
