Individuals who illegally used electricity and natural gas resources were detained in the Samarkand region. During a pre-investigation check conducted by the Pakhtachi District Department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, it was established that citizens Sh.Kh. and G.S. illegally used 932.9 million soums worth of electricity in the building of the "M.O." farm without the knowledge of the head of the farm.
Also, during the pre-investigation check conducted by the Department's Akdarya district branch, "L.Y." NTM and "N.B." It was revealed that natural gas worth 641.5 million soums was illegally used in the building belonging to the LLC without the permission of the LLC head S.T. These cases clearly demonstrate violations in the field of energy and natural resources.
Criminal cases have been initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code, and all investigative actions are currently underway. Officials are identifying violations committed by individuals and taking appropriate measures.
Law enforcement agencies urge the population and entrepreneurs to use energy and natural resources lawfully. At the same time, in order to prevent such cases in the future, control and preventive measures are being strengthened.
