A methane plant in Fergana hid gas worth 9.7 billion soums

A large illegal traffic was uncovered at a methane gas filling station for vehicles located in the Sokh district of the Fergana region. This was announced during an inspection conducted by the compliance control structures and law enforcement agencies of the "Hududgaz Fergana" GTF.

During the event, it was revealed that the rules for using a single-use stamp on a gas meter were violated at a methane station belonging to the private enterprise "G.O.O." in the Sokh district. It is suspected that the broken label led to the concealment of gas consumption.

At the event, officials drew up a report at the scene and carried out special recalculations. According to it, the damage caused to state interests was estimated at 9 billion 757 million soums (about 770 thousand US dollars).

All evidence and relevant documents related to this case have been transferred to law enforcement agencies. Legal measures are being taken to establish liability for violation of the law.
