The prosecutor's office uncovered large-scale thefts in several districts

Employees of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office conducted inspections in several locations regarding cases of illegal use of electricity.

In the Khazarasp district, officials of the "H.P." production cooperative illegally connected a water pump and other equipment to the power grid, illegally using electricity worth 504.2 million soums.

Also, in the Chinaz district, citizen N.A. connected to the apartment without a meter and embezzled 150.8 million soums worth of electricity. In the Altyaryk and Baghdad districts, illegal connections worth 157.1 million soums were recorded by the heads of farms. In all cases, cases have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
