A gas station in the Jizzakh region has been held accountable for selling oil products that do not meet quality requirements, Uzenergoinspektsiya reported.
According to the information, during an inspection conducted by the Jizzakh regional department of "Uzenergoinspektsiya," "A.G.O." Samples of Ai-92 gasoline were taken at the oil filling station belonging to LLC. As a result of laboratory analysis, it was established that this fuel does not meet the requirements of the state standard, that is, it is of poor quality.
According to the investigation, measures were taken against this gas station on the basis of the current legislation - Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 940 "On the Rational Use of Energy Resources." The company was forced to pay a fine of half the cost of gasoline sold - 15.8 million soums.
The regulatory body also issued an additional instruction to the station, demanding the implementation of appropriate measures to remove low-quality gasoline residues from sale and restore its quality.
