A court has issued a decision regarding compensation for damage caused to a citizen’s life, health, honor, and reputation.
According to information, based on the decision of the Civil Court of Khorezm Region, the defendant, the Khonka District Medical Association, was ordered to compensate the plaintiff, S.B., for material and moral damages resulting from a criminal act.
As a result of enforcement actions carried out by state executors of the Khonka District Branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau under the Prosecutor General's Office, a total of 378.7 million soums in material and moral damages caused by the criminal act was collected from the Khonka District Medical Association. The funds were successfully transferred to the bank card of the citizen, S.B.
