The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent gave an official response to this situation. It was reported that on January 6, at approximately 6:50 p.m., on Lutfiy Street in the Uchtepa district, a man who had committed indecent acts against a woman named L.Q., born in 1996, fled the scene.
As a result of prompt measures, his identity was established. He is V. Andrey, born in 1993, who was detained by the internal affairs bodies. Currently, the Uchtepa District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting a pre-investigation check. Based on the results of the investigation, a legal decision will be made.
