The court decision states that E.T. is guilty of defamation and insult, extortion, resistance to a representative of the authorities or a person performing a civic duty, dissemination of false information, as well as crimes related to documents, stamps, seals, forms, and state license plates of vehicles.

He was sentenced to 3 years and 10 months of imprisonment in accordance with Articles 59-61 of the Criminal Code, and also to 4 years of imprisonment with the cancellation of parole in accordance with Articles 60-61 of the Criminal Code.
