Unfortunately, sometimes families who live happily and have children still end up divorcing for trivial reasons. As a result, the issue of child support reaches the court.
Based on a civil court order, an enforcement document was received by the Jizzakh City office of the Bureau to recover alimony from A.A. in favor of T.T. for the financial support of one child. Since the debtor failed to pay the alimony arrears, the debt exceeded 10 million soums.
During enforcement actions, the case was sent to the Court to take measures under Article 47 prim 4 of the Administrative Liability Code. In the court hearing, due to correct legal explanations provided to the parties by responsible officials, the family reconciled and was restored. Thus, the enforcement case was effectively closed, and the minor child will grow up receiving parental love and care.
This situation highlights the importance of legal mechanisms in ensuring family stability and protecting children’s rights.
