The Samarkand District Department of the Bureau carried out compulsory enforcement actions based on the writ of execution issued by the Samarkand City Economic Court on February 14, 2025.
Under this enforcement document, a debt of 446,474.8 thousand soums is to be recovered from the debtor, JSC “Samarkand tuman yo‘llardan foydalanish,” in favor of the claimant, the Samarkand District ETK.
During enforcement actions, a KAMAZ vehicle belonging to the debtor company was seized and, in accordance with установленный procedure, placed in an impound lot.
It is noted that if the debt is not repaid voluntarily within the установленный срок, the seized vehicle will be sold through an auction, and the proceeds will be used to cover the задолженность.
The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau continues such enforcement measures consistently to ensure unconditional execution of court decisions.
