A resident of the Balikchi district, born in 1985, and her daughter, born in 2006, were detained while attempting to smuggle gold bars of non-standard appearance through the "Dustlik" border customs post in the Khojaabad district. It was revealed that they attempted to smuggle a total of 7 gold bars weighing 473 grams, hiding them under their clothes.
During the operation, this violation was revealed in a timely manner, and the illegal export plan failed. All evidence regarding the incident was officially documented by law enforcement agencies. This means that control measures at border posts are strong and suspicious actions are not overlooked.
