Situation in Andijan

On March 16, the child's father filed a complaint with the State Security Service Department for Andijan region, stating that Major I.U., a senior traffic police inspector, had altered the forensic medical examination report and demanded $500 for a positive resolution of the case.
During the operation, it was discovered that Major I.U. received the requested 500 dollars and was kept in his office. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 210, Part 2, Clause "v" of the Criminal Code.
