Citizen U.Q., who was engaged in the grain cluster activities of a company under his management, caused significant damage to the bank by selling 425 million soums worth of grain products delivered by farms through other companies under his management and spending the proceeds on other purposes, in order to avoid fulfilling his obligations to the bank.
Therefore, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Article 192-11 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the judgment of the Qoraozak District Court on Criminal Cases dated 29.11.2025, and a fine of 150 times the minimum wage, i.e., 56,250,000 soums, was imposed on him.
Based on this judgment, the execution warrant was received by the Qoraozak District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Execution, and enforcement actions were initiated by state bailiffs.
In particular, a restriction was imposed on the debtor's right to leave the Republic of Uzbekistan, and collection efforts were directed at his wages.
Subsequently, the citizen fully paid this fine of 56.2 million soums.
