During enforcement actions aimed at recovering tax debts in the Guzor district, a vehicle belonging to a debtor farm was seized. The amount of debt totaled 84 million soums.
Enforcement measures were carried out by the state bailiff of the Guzor district branch of the Bureau to recover the tax arrears of the "Olmas Jabbor o'g'li" farm.
Since the debtor failed to voluntarily fulfill their tax obligations within the specified deadlines, compulsory measures were applied in accordance with the law.
Specifically, a Chevrolet MENLO vehicle belonging to the farm was seized and placed in an impound lot for temporary storage.
Failure to fulfill tax obligations on time leads to the application of compulsory enforcement measures. In an environment where the rule of law is ensured, every debtor must fulfill their obligations.
