Pledged BYD CHAZOR car put up for sale

Based on the execution writ of the Urgench Interdistrict Civil Court dated February 5, 2026, an enforcement document was received by the Xorazm region department of the Bureau regarding the recovery of a total of 190.8 million soums from debtor X.F. in favor of the bank, targeting a black BYD CHAZOR car manufactured in 2024 belonging to the debtor, and enforcement actions have been initiated.

State bailiff M.Abdukadirov warned the debtor that if the debt is not settled within the voluntary period provided, the pledged vehicle will be seized and put up for electronic online sale, with the proceeds used to cover the debt.

Due to the debtor's failure to fulfill credit obligations to the bank during the enforcement process, the BYD CHAZOR car, considered pledged property, was seized and listed for sale on the 'E-AUKSION' single electronic trading platform through the Electronic Online Auction Organizing Center at a set price of 264.1 million soums.
