Based on the execution writ of the Bog‘ot District Interdistrict Economic Court, an execution document was received by the Khorezm regional department of the Bureau and enforcement actions were initiated to recover a total of 2.5 billion soums from the debtor 'Ashxobod Bog‘ot' LLC in favor of the collecting bank, targeting the 'mahalla guzari' building and structures located in the Bog‘ot district, belonging to another partner respondent LLC pledged as collateral, with a total land area of 3000.0 sq. meters, a construction footprint of 648.27 sq. meters, and a useful area of 616.75 sq. meters.
State bailiff S. Qlichev explained to the head of the company that if the debt is not settled within the voluntary period provided, the pledged building and structures will be inventoried and put up for electronic online sale, with the proceeds used to cover the debt.
During the enforcement actions, since the debtor failed to fulfill the credit obligations to the bank, the 'mahalla guzari' buildings and structures, considered collateral property, were inventoried and put up for sale on the 'E-AUKSION' single electronic trading platform through the center for organizing electronic online auctions at a valuation of 3.1 billion soums.
