Land Seized Illegally Returned to Legal Owner
A farmer's хозяйство in Mirzaobod district was found to have illegally occupied agricultural land belonging to "Н.Т." LLC. The Gulistan Inter-district Economic Court subsequently issued a ruling ordering the eviction of the occupying хозяйство. Enforcement of this court decision was carried out by the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau of Mirzaobod district. Through these actions, the illegally occupied land was successfully returned to its rightful owner, fulfilling the court's mandate.
The "Yo.M." farm, operating in the Mirzaobod district, had unlawfully occupied and used agricultural land belonging to the "N.T." Limited Liability Company within the district's territory.
The Guliston Inter-district Economic Court issued a decision to evict the defendant farm from the unlawfully occupied land, with the execution of the decision entrusted to the Mirzaobod district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau.
As a result of the enforcement actions, the land seized unlawfully was returned to its legal owner, and the court's decision was enforced.
