The Guliston Inter-district Economic Court issued a decision to evict the defendant farm from the unlawfully occupied land, with the execution of the decision entrusted to the Mirzaobod district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau.
As a result of the enforcement actions, the land seized unlawfully was returned to its legal owner, and the court's decision was enforced.
