The Jizzakh Regional Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement had an enforcement document for the recovery of a 160 million soum credit debt in favor of a commercial bank.
The Malibu 2 car, which had been pledged as collateral, was placed on a wanted list. It was reported that the owner had been hiding the vehicle from seizure.
During search operations, the car was located in the center of Arnasay district. It turned out that the driver was caught while drifting at night to show off to acquaintances.
In cooperation with regional traffic police and the Bureau's search department, the vehicle was impounded.
The vehicle is now planned to be sold via auction. The proceeds will be used to cover the credit debt.
It was also revealed that the driver had previously been deprived of his driving license.
