Saudi Clubs Want to Sign Four Barcelona Stars: Who’s on the List?

Saudi Arabian football clubs are expanding their ambitious plans to lure European football stars ahead of the new season. This time, they have their eyes on four high-profile Barcelona players.

According to Sport.es, representatives from Al-Hilal, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Nassr — where Cristiano Ronaldo currently plays — have initiated talks with the Catalan club’s management regarding potential transfers.

Al-Hilal is reportedly targeting Brazilian winger Raphinha, one of Barcelona’s key players. While Raphinha is currently in talks with Barça over a new contract, disagreements over salary and duration remain. The Saudi club hopes to take advantage of this situation by offering a lucrative deal.

Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad is pursuing Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong, who is among the highest-paid players at Barça. He too is in contract talks, and the Saudi side is preparing a tempting offer to secure his signature.

Al-Nassr, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, is looking to strengthen its defense by signing Jules Koundé and Ronald Araújo, two key defenders for Barcelona who have attracted interest from top European clubs.
