Gasperini is starting a new life at Roma: The goal-scoring style is returning
Gian Piero Gasperini has officially taken over as Roma's head coach and shared his initial thoughts with reporters. The 67-year-old experienced specialist stressed that he has accepted the position with great responsibility and enthusiasm.

"My first impressions are very positive. This club is a new chapter for me, a big test, and at the same time an unforgettable opportunity. I have always dreamed of such challenges. I came to Rome with great excitement and new goals. This is the adrenaline I was looking for, the atmosphere I was waiting for," Gasperini stressed.

According to the coach, one of the top priorities at Roma is to win the love of the fans by implementing his style. He clearly expressed his philosophy:

"All the teams I have managed have played at a high pace and intensity. They have scored a lot of goals and tried to leave no chance for the opponent. I want to continue this style at Roma. The important thing is to offer the fans an approachable and attacking football."

Gasperini spent the last 9 years at Atalanta, leading the team to the ranks of European giants. Under his leadership, the Bergamo team achieved a historic victory by winning the Europa League in 2024. Now he is heading towards new goals in Rome.

It is worth noting that Roma qualified for the Europa League last season under Claudio Ranieri. Ranieri, ending his successful career, passed the baton to Gasperini.

Now the club has new goals - a top three, trophies and, most importantly, winning back the hearts of the fans. Gian Piero Gasperini has openly stated that he is ready for this.

Zamin.uz editorial office will continue to monitor how the coach's plans will be implemented. It is likely that an intense and goal-rich season will begin in Rome.
