In the CIS Games boxing competition, the boys' semi-final fights took place today. 11 Uzbek boxers reached this stage, and each of them continued to compete for a place in the final. According to the results, only one of our boxers - Bekzod Ismoiljonov - won a bronze medal. All our other teenagers made it to the finals.
After the men's semi-final matches, the following boxers advanced to the final:
- 46 kg: Utkirbek Norkosimov
- 50 kg: Azizbek Shokirjonov
- 54 kg: Behruz Rohataliyev
- 57 kg: Bobomurod Boymirzayev
- 60 kg: Otabek Nurmukhammadov
- 63 kg: Dilshod Ahmadjonov
- 66 kg: Kamronbek Khamdamov
- 70 kg: Oybekjon Abdurahimov
- 75 kg: Khurshidbek Juraev
- 80+ kg: Farhodjon Bakhodirov
According to the Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan, our boxers are trying to show high results. They will show their skills in fierce competition and will fight with even greater enthusiasm in the final to defend the honor of our country.
Fans eagerly await each of our boxers' final matches. Properly organized training and combat objectives allow our young boxers to achieve victories in the national and international arenas.
