Besiktas in talks for Ter Stegen transfer


Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen could continue his career in the Turkish league, according to a report by Diario Sport.

The source indicates that Besiktas has proposed to Barcelona the option of acquiring the German goalkeeper on loan, which could help the Catalan club ease its wage bill. Additionally, Besiktas reportedly intends to secure the right to purchase the player for 8 million euros in June.

To recall, the 33-year-old ter Stegen has not appeared in any matches this season due to a severe injury he sustained during the summer. The player’s current contract with Barcelona is valid until mid-2028.
