RPL Foreign Players: Portugal, Brazil and Others

The international November matches have concluded. Many national teams secured their spots in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, while others qualified for the playoffs.

Some teams, however, continue to set their sights on the 2030 tournament. Players from the Russian Premier League (RPL) also participated in matches with their respective national teams.

Below is a brief summary of their performances and results: "Krasnodar": Kevin Lenini represented the Cape Verde national team, playing matches against Iran (0-0, lost 4-5 on penalties) and Egypt (1-1, lost 0-2 on penalties). Eduard Spertsyan played for the Armenian national team in matches against Hungary (0-1) and Portugal (1-9).

Spertsyan scored a goal against Portugal. Jhon Córdoba took the field with Colombia in a match against New Zealand (2-1) and was substituted in the 77th minute.

"CSKA Moscow": Artyom Bandikyan entered the match for Armenia against Portugal in the 82nd minute. "Zenit St. Petersburg": Nuraly Alip played full matches for Kazakhstan against Belgium (1-1) and the Faroe Islands (0-1).

Strahinja Eraković played a full match for the Serbian national team against Latvia (2-1). Luiz Henrique took the field for Brazil against Senegal (2-0) and Tunisia (1-1), substituted in both matches.

"Lokomotiv Moscow": César Montes, representing the Mexican national team, received a yellow card in a match against Uruguay (0-0). "Baltika": Nathan Gassama played for Mali against Jordan (0-0).

Brian Hill received a yellow card while playing for Suriname against El Salvador (0-4) and was substituted in the 88th minute. "Spartak Moscow": Oleg Reabciuk was substituted in the 55th minute due to an injury in the Moldova-Italy match (0-2).

Christopher Martins participated in matches for Luxembourg against Germany (0-2) and Northern Ireland (0-1). "Rubin Kazan": Veldin Hodža represented Kosovo against Slovenia (2-0) and Switzerland (1-1).

"Akron": Yomar Rocha played 10 minutes in a match for South Korea (0-2), with Roberto Fernandez completing the full game. "Rostov": Rustam Yatimov guarded the goal for Tajikistan in their 5-0 victory over East Timor.

Umar Sako played for Niger in a match against Burkina Faso (2-3). Mohammad Mohebbian represented Iran, playing against Cape Verde (0-0, won 5-4 on penalties), where he scored in the shootout.

"Dynamo Moscow": Juan Cáceres played a full match for Paraguay against the United States (1-2). "Akhmat Grozny": Mohamed Konaté represented Burkina Faso in a match against Benin (3-0).

"Dynamo Makhachkala": Hazem Mastouri scored a goal for Tunisia in their match against Brazil (1-1). "Krylya Sovetov": Kirill Pechenkine received a yellow card playing for Belarus against Denmark (2-2).
