Turkey and Romania Match Evaluated

BeIN Sports journalist Ahmet Polat assessed Turkey's chances in the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifying playoff semi-final against Romania. The journalist shared his thoughts in an interview with the publication «Yevro-Futbol.Ru».

"Romania is not an easy opponent in the playoff stage of the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers. It can be said that the chances are equal in this pairing.

However, I hope that Turkey can defeat Romania," said Ahmet Polat. So far, 42 out of 48 national teams have secured their participation in the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
