Neftchi Football Club has officially announced that experienced German specialist Hans-Jürgen Göde has joined the team as an assistant coach. Born in 1956 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, Gyode has already established his name in the football world for many years.
His professional football career began at the famous club "Schalke-04." He later played for Preussen and Fortuna Düsseldorf, notably as a leading player and team captain for a series of seasons at Fortuna. Gyode is one of the players who left a mark on German football - he participated in 343 matches and scored 48 goals.
His coaching career, which began in 1991, demonstrates the richness of his experience. Gyode initially worked at Fortuna Düsseldorf, then managed the famous Iranian club Persepolis, coached youth national teams, and played for a number of teams in Asia and Europe.
He has extensive international experience: he has worked for clubs in Iran, Bahrain, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Libya, Myanmar, and Germany. And for football fans of Uzbekistan, Goede's name is not unfamiliar - in 2003-2004, he worked for the national team, first as an assistant coach, and then as head coach.
Now, the experienced specialist will closely assist Islom Ismoilov at Neftchi. The club's management and fans expect the new coach to further improve the team's performance and elevate discipline and tactical performance to a higher level.
