Inter and Liverpool working on Chiesa transfer

Liverpool winger Federico Chiesa is being linked with a potential return to Italy. AC Milan's rival, Inter, has shown interest in bringing him into their squad and has reportedly begun efforts in this direction.

According to Inter Xtra, representatives of the "Nerazzurri" have conducted preliminary discussions regarding the 28-year-old player. The transfer could potentially take place in January, although a loan move currently appears to be the only feasible scenario.

Sources suggest that Federico Chiesa himself is eager to return to Serie A. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is estimated at €12 million, and his existing contract with the "Reds" is valid until 2028.
