A new page in the history of martial arts is expected to open in March 2026. A global tournament with a record prize fund will begin, and it will surprise fans worldwide not only with the number of participants but also with the scale of the prizes.
This project is planned to be implemented at the initiative of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship and in partnership with Kiss Fly Productions. 32 fighters will participate in the tournament in the weight category of 84-120 kg, that is, in the range from medium to heavy weight.
The biggest intrigue is the grand prize. The winner of the competition will receive 15 million dollars. This amount is an absolute record for martial arts.
The prize fund is distributed as follows:
- 1st place: 15 million dollars
- 2nd place: 1 million dollars
- 3rd and 4th places: 500 thousand dollars
- 5th-8th places: 300 thousand dollars
- 9th-16th places: $200,000
- 17th-32nd places: $100,000
- Reserve fighters: $50,000
David Feldman, president of BKFC, announced that the tournament will last 12 months. According to him, the league plans to provide financial compensation to fighters for the forced break period due to injuries sustained during Grand Prix fights. This indicates that serious attention is being paid to the safety of athletes.
The first tournament will be held in March 2026 in Los Angeles. The final is planned to be held exactly one year later in the Middle East region.
An aspect that will further increase interest in the tournament is the participation of Conor McGregor. The Irish superstar will appear on stage in this competition not as a fighter, but as a host and showman.
Feldman also noted that from mid-2026, it is planned to launch a major tournament of the same format for women. This once again confirms the long-term and global nature of the project.
In short, the $15 million grand prize, star participants, and one year of dramatic fights - 2026 will undoubtedly be an unforgettable year for fighter fans.
