The medical and physical examinations of the players who are candidates for the national team of Uzbekistan are continuing according to plan. This was officially announced by the press service of the Football Association of Uzbekistan (UFA).
It is noted that today the players claiming the national team underwent a medical examination and special tests on physical fitness. The coaching staff analyzes the overall physical condition, health, and functional indicators of each player individually and records all the results.
This is not a simple process of "passing the examination - it's done": who is in what form, whose recovery level is what, which player needs additional supervision - everything will be revealed here.
According to the plan, medical and physical examinations will continue tomorrow. This means there's another opportunity for coaches to clarify their choices and for players to confidently demonstrate their capabilities.
For information, Fabio Cannavaro's side has been placed in Group "K" of the World Cup qualifiers. There, our national team will face renowned opponents like Portugal and Colombia, as well as a team from the Congo/New Caledonia/Jamaica trio.
