Former WBC world champion Deontay Wilder spoke candidly about his future, fans’ reactions, and his next plans. The veteran boxer admitted that public opinion can change quickly and shared his stance on it.

“People don’t even know what they want from you. One day they don’t believe in you, the next day they want to see you again. I ask them: do you really want the old Wilder, or do you want to see the new one?” the boxer said.
He also stressed that you can’t please everyone. Especially in professional boxing, it’s crucial to be able to handle criticism, have thick skin, and keep a sense of humor. Wilder believes he has those qualities.
