According to South Korea's Yonhap news agency, a truck loaded with Samsung mobile gadgets was stolen near London’s Heathrow Airport. A total of around 12,000 devices were lost, including the latest foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7, the Galaxy S25, Galaxy Watch 8 smartwatches, and a batch of budget Galaxy A16 smartphones.
The total value of the stolen products is estimated at $10.6 million.
It is assumed that the theft was premeditated, since the truck was taken almost immediately after the cargo arrived at the airport. British police have launched an investigation and found the stolen container. However, according to the publication, it has not been confirmed whether the stolen smartphones were inside the container.
