The game itself is quite large-scale: the official pages say that there are 20,000+ players, 750+ clubs and national teams, 35+ leagues and 120+ stadiums. That is, there is no reason to complain about the "shortcomings" in terms of content.
Let's get one thing straight: according to current information, there is no explicit mention in the official descriptions that the Uzbek national team is fully licensed as a separate "national team" in the game. But this does not mean “absolutely not” - there are players with Uzbek nationality in the FUT bases and you can use them to their full potential.

— Find an Uzbek player in Ultimate Team and fill the team with a “national vibe”;
