Telegram may be completely blocked in Russia from April 1

Reports are circulating in Russia that the Telegram messenger may be completely blocked from April 1 of this year. RBK and The Bell reported this, citing their own sources.
RBK sources close to the Kremlin stated that the decision to block Telegram is "final." The Bell, citing a source from one of the Russian mobile operators, reported that a "preliminary decision" to restrict the messenger from April 1st has been made.
According to the data provided by the database, the blockade could be applied "on the entire territory of Russia." The RBK article suggests that by April, Telegram might only be operating on the front lines.
Reports indicate that the Russian military can coordinate actions on the battlefield through this messenger, although the Kremlin does not officially acknowledge this. It was also noted that the Russian Federal Security Service warned about the risk of information being seized by Ukrainian special services.
