Elon Musk sent threatening messages to OpenAI executives ahead of court hearing

Two days before the start of the trial between Elon Musk and OpenAI, Musk sent a message to the company's president, Greg Brockman. Musk proposed settling the lawsuit through an agreement. This was reported by Techcrunch.com xabar beradi.
After Brockman requested that both parties drop their claims, Musk responded sharply. He stated that Brockman and Sam Altman would become the most hated people in America by the end of the week.

OpenAI appealed to the court to accept the correspondence as evidence. However, the judge refused to include these messages in the case.
Musk's lawsuit seeks to dissolve OpenAI's commercial structure and make its technologies publicly available. OpenAI lawyers, meanwhile, argue that Musk's goal is to weaken a competitor and gain financial benefits.
