Star Labs introduces the premium StarFighter laptop

British company Star Labs has launched its new StarFighter laptop. Although the base configuration is priced at nearly $1,900, it does not come equipped with a discrete graphics card or the latest generation of processors. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The entry-level model costs $1,880 and features a Core Ultra 5 125H processor, 32 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB SSD. The laptop has a 16-inch QHD screen, a 165 Hz refresh rate, Wi-Fi 6E, Thunderbolt 4, and an 80 Wh battery. The device is 20 mm thick and weighs 1.6 kg.
More expensive versions include Core Ultra 9 285HX or Ryzen 7 8845HS processors, up to 64 GB of RAM, 4 TB SSDs, and 4K screens with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Despite the high price, the laptop has unique features.
The device is equipped with a haptic feedback touchpad similar to a MacBook, a removable camera, and a physical kill switch for wireless networks. The chassis features a ceramic coating, and the system supports Coreboot, EDK II, and Linux platforms.
