The Yandex team has published the results of a study on how users employ artificial intelligence technologies in their professional activities. According to the data, every fourth query sent to the Alisa AI system via computer is related to work, science, or career. On weekdays, this figure reaches 26 percent, while on weekends it stands at 17 percent. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
Although the share of work-related queries on mobile devices is currently 4.4 percent, this trend is growing rapidly. Over the last six months, the number of work-related queries via smartphones and tablets has increased by 25 percent, and by 16 percent on computers. Users primarily turn to AI to obtain information (47 percent), seek advice and ideas (25 percent), and delegate tasks entirely to artificial intelligence.
Queries often cover the fields of IT, industry, business, law, administration, and engineering. Usage methods vary by field: IT specialists ask for advice and instructions, while engineering and legal professionals require specific data.
Yandex experts note that users rely on Alisa AI for practical matters such as checking counterparties when drafting contracts or determining technical parameters. Ready-made solutions like document templates, scripts, and customer notifications are most popular among users in education, marketing, and sales.
