Hackers have stolen over $3 million from the Sri Lankan government following two recent cyberattacks, as the country continues to recover from its 2022 debt crisis. A payment of $625,000 sent to the U.S. Postal Service went missing after officials discovered hackers attempted to redirect another payment intended for India. Previously, it was reported that $2.5 million had already been stolen from the Ministry of Finance.
